Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing orders through Campus Life Express (CLX) (including its web portals, mobile interfaces, and software services operated by Dandalin Sauki Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

Eligibility & Account Security

CLX is designed specifically for students, educators, staff, and registered campus vendors within accredited institutions.

• Account Authenticity: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your university email, hostel block, room number, and phone contact.
• Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all actions conducted under your account.
• Single Identity: Creating impersonation accounts, fraudulent student IDs, or duplicate scam profiles is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent bans.

Marketplace Orders, Fulfillment & Delivery

CLX acts as a multi-category technology intermediary connecting buyers with verified cafeteria cooks, campus shops, service freelancers, student sellers, and errand dispatchers.

• Order Placement: When you place an order for meals or items, the contract of sale is established between you and the respective campus merchant or vendor.
• Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery timeframes (typically 15–35 minutes for food and 30–60 minutes for campus retail) are reasonable estimates based on current kitchen queues, courier availability, and campus gate distances.
• Delivery Handover: The student recipient is required to be accessible via phone or present at the designated hostel lobby, faculty gate, or off-campus landmark when the courier arrives.

Pricing, Payments & Cancellation

All listed prices on the platform are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include standard vendor catalog fees. Delivery dispatch fees are dynamically calculated based on campus geography and hostel distances.

• Payment Methods: We accept approved card transactions, bank transfers, student wallet balances, and verified pay-on-delivery for select categories.
• Cancellations: Meal orders cannot be cancelled once the restaurant has marked the preparation as "Processing". Service requests and errands may be cancelled prior to dispatch runner assignment.
• Refunds: If an item is out of stock, incorrectly supplied, or spoiled upon arrival, students may lodge an instant claim through our Orders Portal or support desk within 2 hours of receipt.

Prohibited Conduct & Code of Campus Ethics

Users must uphold the highest standards of campus safety, honesty, and collegiate respect. Strict prohibitions include:

• Listing illegal substances, stolen university property, prescription medications, weapons, or academic fraud materials (e.g. leaked examination papers).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing campus couriers, student sellers, or customer support representatives.
• Attempting unauthorized reverse engineering, automated scraping, or security penetration of the CLX digital infrastructure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In the event of any conflict, dispute, or discrepancy arising from an order or service, the parties agree to seek amicable mediation through Dandalin Sauki Ltd's campus resolution team.
